Born in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and raised in Maryland, Captain Chuck Thomas earned his captain’s license from the Chapman School of Seamanship in 2009. After retiring from his home improvement sales career in 2021, he brought his 100 ton Master of power and sail with a towing endorsement to TowBoatUS. During his free time, Chuck enjoys watersports, snow skiing and travel. He currently lives aboard his 63 foot Hatteras in Baltimore with his wife and two dogs.
